David Jonathan Ross

David draws letters of all shapes and sizes for custom and retail typeface designs. He joined [The Font Bureau](http://www.fontbureau.com/) in 2007, and his typeface designs include [Manicotti](http://www.djr.com/typefaces/manicotti), a Wild West slab; [Turnip](http://www.djr.com/typefaces/turnip), a rugged book face; and [Input](http://input.fontbureau.com/), an extensive family designed for computer programming. David shares his love of letters through lectures and workshops, and co-curates [a collection of cursive signage](http://retroscriptla.com/) in Los Angeles.
